Joshua “jSwift” Wethington

Joshua has been shooting and editing videos since he was seventeen years old. Upon graduating high school he decided to attend The Art Institute of Dallas where he was one of the first to graduate with a B.F.A in Digital Media Production with Honors in September of 2006. He was also awarded with “The Best Portfolio Award” for Digital Media Production on this day.
After graduating, Joshua started his career as an online editor at Splash Media, L.P. There, he edited the content for several e-learning networks for Adobe Systems, Wiley Publishing, xTrain.com, and many others. While editing at Splash he received a W3 silver award in 2008 and was nominated for several Lone Star EMMY’s.
In May 2009 Joshua left Splash Media to form his own company, Broken Peanut Media. Today he produces corporate and marketing spots for a variety of clients including: Wasp Barcode Technology, System ID, OsteoMed, and several others. In 2011, Broken Peanut Media was awarded ‘The 2011 Videography Award of Excellence’ and was a Stevie Finalist in the Sales category.
Brittny Murphy
Production Coordinator
Brittny joined Broken Peanut Media in 2011. Along with being the production coordinator, she also specializes in Digital Photography. Brittny acts a liaison between the production staff and clients. She oversees our clients specific needs and requests, along with making sure production runs smoothly. In addition to this, she tries to keep Joshua in check.
